When playing videos in Facebook or YouTube the video lag since I upgraded to MacOS Big Sur Version 11.6 on MacBook Pro 13 (later 2015 model)
Does anyone know the workaround so that videos play normal? Never had an issue prior to this upgrade.

Try using a different browser and compare your results.
