How do I make Preview the defalut app for pdfs?
Highlight a PDF by clicking once on it.
Now press Command and i together on the keyboard, the info panel should open up.
Go down to Open With, select Preview and then click on Change All.
Now all PDFs will open in Preview.

Preview is the default app for PDFs unless you had previously changed it to another application, and which Eau Rouge has offered a solution to reset this back to Preview.
