How can I move all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. I tried to back up both phones and it’s not working is there nothing I can do?

I bought and new phone and everytime I back up my iCloud nothing happens

Two steps:


  1. Backup your old phone (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977)
  2. Use the backup to restore/set up your new device (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184)
