email font change

I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch 2017 with Big Sur 11.6. It has 8GB memory and the processor is 2.3GHz. There is no way on my Safari email to change the font. I can change the size. There is no letter Aa to help me change it.

Well I did not say it before, but friends don't let friends do browser mail—it does not get any more archaic than that in the 21st Century.

You can not change Safari default fonts—

You can use a different browser— I know Firefox lets you choose:

Most any mail client application allows you to change default fonts...

ex. Change Fonts & Colors preferences in Mail on Mac - Apple ...

Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
