iTunes Account Money:
If you have money in Apple iTunes, then No. Apple iTunes money can only be used for iTunes, and nothing else. To make such a purchase, you cannot use iTunes Account.
If you're in the USA, Canada, or Australia, Apple ID balance can be used for purchases in the online Apple Store. Otherwise, no.
