This question was asked in the past but the answer no longer works .... my son's watch keeps zooming in so can't read the screen. Previous answer said to go to Phone app, General, Accessibility ... however, Accessibility is not an option under General any longer. Can anyone help?

In Settings on the iPhone, Accessibility is its own setting. This is the same if you go to the Watch app on the iPhone. Accessibility should be located just under Display & Brightness.
