iPhone XS Max on IOS 15.02. Issue described in title occurs on bottom, left and right edges. On Home Screen bottom row icons barely visible. I did have “zoom” and large text enabled, but had too many issues managing the screen view. Those are now NOT enabled and I have these bleed over issues. What would my next step be?

Backup and restore (using the computer method preferably)

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
If the problem remains then arrange a repair

Try tapping screen twice with three fingers.
Thanks for the fast reply. I used that to get out of my zoom issues, but no response to this.
Try the pinch moving fingers from corners to center.
I found that “Accessibility -Zoom” was turned on. That “zoom” is all over the place.
