apple pencil pressure

So the problem is - the pressure works only when its used very lightly or very heavily On other iPads same thing happens. When I borrowed an other pencil from a friend, it worked well on my iPad. So the problem is in the pencil, not tablet.

Did anyone have same problem?

Having eliminated a potential cause of issues, you have two alternatives:

1) Accept that the Pencil is defective - and replace the Pencil.

2) Seek assistance with diagnosis from Apple - where the diagnosis may lead to replacement of the Pencil.

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store, where the technicians will be able to test and assess your Pencil (and iPad) in isolation. If the Pencil is defective, if within warranty, your Pencil can be exchanged.
