phone stolen and the find my app on macbook shows my iPhone is Offline... how can i find the location of my phone?

You can't. The phone must be powered, connected to a network, and FindMy must be enabled. Follow these steps (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472) to lock and/or erase your device.
