After my ear speaker stopped working after updating to iOS 15.0.2, I followed all the steps outlined in your reply, still no ear speaker volume. I cleaned the screen covering the speaker. still no sound, there is an inherent problem with the update and volume with iPhone.ear speaker worked fine before update

I took my phone to the apple Servie station and the fella took my phone into the service area and in about 15 minutes gave my phone back and told me the the ear speaker screen was dirty??????

then why did it stop working after the update ( it was not dirty because I cleaned it before I took it to apple) but it’s working well now!

I also lost my ear speaker. What to do now? Also updated to iOS 15.1. But the problem not solved.
