On my Android phone, App icons do not have to be in a perfect grid at the top of the screen. For example, I can move the icons around so they don't block a particular part of my wallpaper or I can move them to the bottom half of the screen instead of the top. I just got an iphone from work and can't seem to find a way to disable the auto grid. Is this possible?

Thanks for your quick response. Not what i wanted to hear but what I suspected. Thanks and I did leave the feature request feedback for what it is worth. I got the Iphone from work instead of Android so that i could learn both and compare which is a better fit for me.
