Safari is not linking Websites, always linking to my Homepage setting in preferences! What an ISSUE!!!

Where are you trying to link websites? Is it the same website giving you the issue or all?

this issue is for all websites linked "external -> open in new window"

Safari V 15.1 is redirecting the external link " open in new window" always to "General -> Homepage" setting in Safari Preferences
