Problem with payment

Hello, dear administration of Apple company. As I didn’t download any apps requiring fees or payments, I would love to know why I have to pay 29.99 USD. We went through the link what sent my phone number but haven’t found any information about that money.

And also I would like to inform you that we don’t get any notification by email we would love to get notifications about the activities we do.

And ask you to cancel taking money from our bank account.
