You can request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com. See more detailed instructions on this page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


And depending on the device you currently have, you can also cancel your subscriptions from Apple. See instructions here: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
