unable to add new payment method

Hello ! I am unable to add my new payment method. All Card details are correct but still it's giving an error of unable to update payment method. Please advice and help.

Unfortunately you don't really provide us with any information for us to tell what is wrong. Error messages, exactly quoted, often provide a key diagnostic. Even a basic description of what you are trying to do and where it is not working helps a lot.

'If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID' click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT203905

- If you are updating an old card and have ongoing subscriptions you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before deleting the old card.

Realize that Apple is likely just checking with your financial institution if the payment method is valid and getting a reply that something is inconsistent with their records. Check with your financial institution about the status of your card. Also check your payment information you are entering exactly matches what you get on bills from your card holder.
