I work with 10.6 and didn't have this problem before. When skimming in the timeline some of the clips are frozen. When I share the project the clip is also frozen.
When only skimming over the clip it doesn't freeze. If I hide the text on top of the clip it also doesn't freeze.
Does anyone have the same problem and what can I doe about it?

It is without audio because it is sign language.
I have one title for the entire movie. Some clips have this problem and some not. If I hide the title al clips are ok.

That reinforces my point about the Motion JPEG codec. You exported, and then used the resulting H264 or ProRes clip and had no problems. You could have optimized the clip, which creates a ProRes version.
I would start by deleting all render files and see if that helps.
Shoots it only freeze where there are titles? What do you see when it freezes? What happens to the audio?
What computer is this? What OS? What are the media specs and the project properties?
I don’t know what specs that camera shoots. You must have that information. Which MacBook is this? Year or Mac ID number?

MacBookPro16,1 of 2019. I have shot in 4096x2160 25,00 fps Motion JPEG (Linear PCM, Photo - JPEG)
I hope this is the information you need.
I am thinking that Motion JPEG may be an issue. This is an old codec and not easy to edit with.
I would try optimizing or using proxies, or otherwise convert this before importing into FCP.
Custom title and a logo in psd format.
I have don it know by exporting the video without title and logo. Imported it and put the title and logo in it and exported it again! That works but is not the normal way.
I used the H264 and had no problems. Next time I wil use ProRes.
If I use the canon I have only this codec.
