I cannot update my iPad with the update 14. What is the problem?

You might need to have more free storage. 10-15GB of free space. Be connected to the internet to download the update. Enough battery for updating. Or your device is not supported by this version of iPadOS. There can be a lot of reasons. Please attach screenshot and elaborate more on the situation.
