What is the latest version of Safari for MacBook Pro 13" late 2016 and how do I get it? It is evidently not being offered to me with my regular updates because secure websites are blocking me and saying I have an outdated version of Safari. Thank you for your help.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. Safari can't be updated past 13.1.2 on High Sierra.
Alternatively, switch to a product such as Firefox.
