iPad not receiving emails

Do you see any Mail send/receive errors on your iPad? Errors, if present, will be seen at the bottom of the Mail sidebar - and will provide necessary information with which to resolve the problem.

If you see no errors at all, remove the email account from iPad, restart, then re-add the account:

Did you install anything?

If So, Try the Following:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Facetime
3. Tap: Calls from Phone (so that it is green)
