"Install macOS Monterey" Ghost in Launchpad

Does anyone know how to get rid to the "Install macOS Monterey" ghost icon left behind in Launchpad after a successful upgrade?

It does nothing when clicked, and I imagine benign, but I don't really want it there because I'm, well, like Sheldon.

Hold " Option " key until the X appears beside the icon. Click the X and presto - should disappear.
