Why am I loseing videos & pics?

Is there anyway to capture them thur iCloud?

Hello,

Would you happen to be using My Photo Stream? If so, that only keeps the photos from the last 30 days. Upgrading to iCloud Photos will retain all your photos and videos but also counts against your iCloud storage.
