Suggestion for Acessability for visually impaired

Many sections in apps can be expanded and condensed by clicking on an arrow which points right and then down, however you have to mouse over the arrow to make it visible. Could there be an option in Accessibility to make these arrows ALWAYS visible for people with "slow" vision? Having the arrows static and visible would be very helpful for me. Thanks.

Since Apple does not participate here, your best bet to get Apple’s attention for your suggestion is to use the feedback mechanism
