App Store says my account has been disabled

When I go to App Store it’s says account is disabled

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
