Safari as default browser

is possible using safari as default browser and not google, yahoo or other on iPhone?

Safari is already the default browser on all Apple devices.

The screenshot you provided is the selection of search engines that Safari can use to access content.

Safari itself is not a search engine so you must choose one from the list.
