Unable to access apps that worked well prior to update. (TikTok, eg.). Regret updating, frustrating. Now what?

TikTok supports the latest version of iPadOS. Others have
reported success by deleting TikTok from their iPad and
downloading again from the app store. Try the same for
the other apps which you are unable to access.
