I have set up Family Sharing. How do I share photos?

You can create a shared album with all of the photos you want to share. To create a new shared album, open the photos app and click the app plus button, then select create new shared album. You can’t use family sharing to sync everyone’s photos in your family.

Family Sharing does not have any specific tools for photos sharing. To share photos with members of your Family Sharing you should use Shared Albums in Photos in the same way as for any other person you would like to share.
