Hi! I don't have anymore the same phone number. Can u help me?

Hi! I used a different old icloud id on my ipad. This one still appear in "My devices". I don't have that phone number anymore, but I still have the e-mail. How can I resolve this problem? I don t remember my password. When I try to sing in whit that old account, they want to send me a code on that number phone.

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime and more.


You might want to get all the current details up -to-date via your Apple ID account.

You can sign in to all Apple services with a single Apple ID and password.

If you forgot your Apple ID (usually an eMail address) and / orApple ID password

or

If you have issues when you try to sign in :
