Apple Charges

I just found out that I have been victimized by the 866-712-7753 Apple scam on my iPhone 6S. Before I realized this was the scam I blamed a casino game for the charges & changed my Apple ID password, switched to a different debit card for apple charges. I now have a pending charge for that same apple charge with that number on the new debit card. If I get a new debit card & pin and update my apple account again how will that stop them from making charges on that card?
