I purchased apple support and the deluxe two year warranty on my iPhone12. I recently gave that phone to my daughter. How do I ensure the warranty and support are transferred to her account?

One thing to note and that is that, If you make monthly payments for your AppleCare plan, the plan is linked to your Apple ID and can't be transferred to a new owner.

Have her log in here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/. If everything shows under het Apple ID, then all is set.
Warranty and support is tied to the device serial number.
