Having trouble getting my Mac to start up

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Please use the information in If your Mac won't turn on or start up , if you exhaust all the steps and it will not start up then your computer has likely suffered a hardware failure and your next step is to take it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider.
