Catalina to Big Sur update instead of Monterey

I need to update my MacBook Pro from Catalina to Big Sur but the only thing the pops up on the apple menu is Monterey which I feel is too new for me to adopt. The previous article on this site did not take me to any download button even though it said it addressed it. Big Sur used to be the update prompt and I'm sure it works on my Mac if I could only find it.

Thanks for your advice!
