Can I install Roboto.zip font to my iPad? My model number is A2197 and I am using iPadOS 15.1.

You should be able to install any font you want. I find it easy to use the app AnyFont to do this. Whether you can use the font depends on the app, especially whether it has a font menu. You can't change the font of the iPad user interface.
