Refund say it was sent but I don’t see the money in my account after two days.

I requested a refund from apple on a recent purchase that was accidental, the request was accepted and on its status it now says it has been refunded to my original payment method but I have still not received my refund.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
