I have lost my phone and i dont have find my phone is there any way that i can locate my phone?

Try going to iCloud.com (enter in your Apple ID) > Find My. As long as Find My is turned on for your iPhone and as long as your phone still has power, Find My will be able to show you where your phone was last detected by another Apple device.
