Tried to send to Apple for Replacement, Same product not working returned

Hey all, I sent my Powerbeat Pros in for the same L earbud rarely ever charges issue. Apple diagnostics found nothing wrong with the product and sent it back with not further action taken. Needless to say, the issue remains. How has anyone been successful getting Apple to honor the 1 year limited warranty?

Can you make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it?

Hi,

When a product is returned back apart of a repair or replacement request, it usually just means that the Specialists could not replicate the claimed issue with the product, therefore, cannot honor the service request because the product is not proving or showing signs it is truly defective.

That is not to say it isn’t defective.

An appointment at the retail store would not be beneficial in this instance for you, as the Store cannot provide the service you are requesting for that product type. If I’m not mistaken, the Store will ship the product off to Apple’s specialists, where it went the first time, and then await on next steps.

I would stick to the Send-In service request you have set up already.

Best of Luck!
