In My Subscriptions -> Filter -> Recent Activity -> Participated you get the list of discussions in which you replied.

In My Subscriptions -> Filter -> Recent Activity -> Authored you get the list of discussions you started.

I don't think it's possible to get a filtered summary of all your replies in a given discussion.
