How do I access apple tv after opening the invitation for family sharing?

I opened the invitation for family sharing and I haven't been able to access anything. What do I do next?

On Macs with macOS Sierra 10.12 (10.14 or earlier), you can watch Apple TV+ content in the browser at tv.apple.com, and sign in there with the same account as used to join the Family Sharing group.

Wow. That was easy. How do I access the guide or menu? The bar on the top is solid black, except for the apple tv icon and my profile avatar. Thank you.

The home page is the guide and menu. The tv+ icon always links back to the home page. The profile avatar links to Settings.
