iPhone 7
My calls go directly to voicemail.
Can't find anything in settings to address this
Any suggestions before I go to Apple Store.
Thanks!

FIRST: Are the missed calls in Phone/Recents on the phone? If they are not the problem is in the network, because the calls aren’t getting to your phone. Contact your carrier:

Lawrence,
Thank you so much for this.
I just checked everything you said to check. Line by line.
All is as you suggested it should be.
So, by process of elimination, the SIM card may be the culprit?
Is this something that wears out with time? I have an iPhone 7 so it is older.
and I would go to my carrier rather than Apple it sounds like.
Again thank you
Lawrence,
I went to Verizon to check the sim card. He said it was fine and tried to "give" me a new phone and get me into a new unlimited plan. $$
I hate going to Verizon!!
I'm ending up getting a new phone going through Apple.
I guess it was time to upgrade from the 7 so I'm buying a 12.
End of story.
You have to go to your carrier to replace a SIM card.
Will do this today.
I so hope this is the answer.
Again, thank you!
