I haven’t gotten my trade in box yet

i got the new series 7 watch and I’m trying to send in my old one for the money off, what do I do if I haven’t gotten the box for the trade in yet, or should it have come with the new watch?

No, the trade-in box box comes as a separate shipment. Wait a few days to receive it and, if you don't, contact Apple Support: https://getsupport.apple.com/.
