What does this symbol on bottom right of some of my pics mean.

That is for the new text copying feature. You can point your phone camera at something that has text, such as a billboard or sign, press that icon and you’ll be able to copy the text so you can paste it into another app. This also works for pictures that contain text.
The camera has detected text in the image.
