Iphone 7 frozen after IOS15 update

Hi, my iphone got updated with IOS15 this morning back it stuck on the logo screen. I tried to hard reset it but it switches off and then comes back to the same screen. its been like that for over 3 hours

Also, does your iPhone 7 still have its original battery?

And, if your iPhone comes back to normal, what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
