When does the 14 day for the Trade-In start? When you receive your item or when you receive your trade-in kit?
When you receive the trade-in kit.
See the following from the email received for a trade:
Once you receive the kit, you’ll have 14 days to return your device.
A new Mac shipped by next day express ( FedEx) the trade-in kit ships by a different method and will arrive around 5 days.
