Wait it Out:
It can take unto 30 days to receive a refund. So, wait it out.
Contacting Apple support:
If desired, you contact always Apple Support, to find out where this all stands and why. They'll have the ultimate answer.

- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Proceed from there, as necessary
- Ask: to speak with the Apple Store Staff
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
