Does apple care + theft cover you while traveling abroad (outside of your domestic country which is USA for me)?

I can't find anything in the documentation that it's not covered while outside the USA. You can view the documentation for your state here - https://www.aigtheftandloss.com/coveragedocs. They would not be able to send you a new iPhone while traveling though.
