Apple Pay charge

My boyfriend just got a new card two days ago and was trying to set it up today but it wouldn’t let him so he tried my card then removed it after confirming it worked. I looked later and had received a $21 charge from Apple and neither of us can figure out why.

He should visit support.apple.com/billing to review his purchases, subscriptions, and billing details.
