still getting charged for cancelled subscription

I cancelled my Apple Music subscription and I am still getting billed monthly after the cancellation. It does not show up in my subscriptions so I cannot cancel again. How can I cancel and not get charged monthly?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
