It's a subscription, you will have to suck that payment up and cancel so no money is taken in future. To cancel an iOS subscription:
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap your name (Apple ID)
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Tap the subscription you wish to cancel
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
