activate Esim on iPhone 11
Hello,
I'd like to activate the Esim on my iPhone 11. I tried the method I found online which is settings>Cellular>Convert to Esim but my phone does not have the "Convert to Esim" step as described.
Any idea ?

I did already and they do. The client support told me that I had 2 options.
- leave the carrier and come back since it’s available for new clients only. (Loyalty is rewarded one more time…)
- call apple because apparently they can do it
that’s why I tried the procedure I found on apple’s website but it doesn’t work.
