I have 51INR balance on my Apple ID but now it’s showing 0 Balance Even I checked purchase history it’s still showing 51 balance as I don’t have any purchase. Is this a bug or glitch? Please help!

Click on this link to 'Check your Apple ID balance' --> https://support.apple.com/HT202359

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item.

Also realize that despite this being the age of fast computers, transactions may take a finite amount of time to process. Even within the Apple system a transaction may take up to 48 hours to clear ( https://support.apple.com/HT204084 ).

If you still have problems:

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

If this is regarding a UPI transfer, I have seen many posts here commenting about UPI transfers but none with useful feedback to pass along.

Hi,

If you are having issues with the correct Apple ID balance showing, i would recommend force quitting the App, and then signing out of Media & Purchases and back in to refresh the account balance.

You can do this within your Settings of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:

Settings > Name > Media & Purchases > Sign Out.

Once Signed out, Tap Media & Purchases again > Sign in or continue if it preloads your Apple ID email signed into iCloud Settings.

This should resolve your issue.

Hope this helps!
