Document scanner software for conversion to pdf on a macbook pro

Can you please recommend software for scanning documents into pdf files using a usb connected upright scanner/ camera to a Macbook Pro running Monterey. The software should have keystone correction, auto document alignment, auto page flattening, lighting correction, etc. Document size mostly A4 maybe some A3.
